The company I work for currently uses ADP PaySpecialist for their Canadian payroll. I am rather dissatisfied with the product, so my boss has given me the ok to look around and see what's out there.

I've gotten some information on ADP Canada's pay@work and their timekeeping product EZ Labor Manager.

From what I can tell, these products do much more than PaySpecialist, but I'd like to know if anyone here uses these two products. What do you like, what problems you have encountered, etc.

Thanks !

Judy

I'm not in Canada, so I can't help with that or those ADP products, but just wanted to let you know that Ceridian also supports Canadian payroll through their Latitude product.

I use Ultipro for my Canadian payroll. It is costly but a good product.

Pay@work seems ok.i have been using this for a while but depends on your requirements.

Ezlabour...not sure on its feature and reliabitlity...but I find those expensive.

We bought a software which works fine for us and in the long run cheaper than paying per employee fees.

Have you had specific Canada payroll training? How much do you have to know to use Pay@Work? We acquired a small (6-person) company in BC, and are going to start using ADP the first of the year. My boss supports us using their Comprehensive Outsourcing Package, but it's ridiculously expensive for just 6 people.
